The Outstanding iLASIK procedure

Today, more and more mission-critical personnel from NASA and the U.S. military have undergone the modern LASIK technology also known as the iLASIK Procedure to remedy their eye vision problems. As mentioned by a retired U.S. Navy captain and leader of a clinical research to study the importance of LASIK information in DOD, it has been noted that DOD and NASA has confirmed that the iLASIK procedure goes beyond all established standards of safety and effectiveness.

The iLASIK Procedure is a painless laser procedure which goal is to reshape the cornea so that refracted light can focus accurately on the retina. It uses two kinds of lasers treatment instead of one, as done in the earlier version. The first laser stage maps the unique characteristics of the patient’s eye and creates the corneal flap. On the next phase, which only takes about a few seconds, the laser corrects the vision based on the wave-front mapping data done on the first phase.

This painless modern procedure has already showed notable results based from the military’s evaluation. It showed that 95% achieved a 20/20 uncorrected vision or better therefore making it clinically proven to provide excellent safety and visual results.

Finally my blog paid off

After withdrawing some fund from my Paypal account to my verified debit card and literally waiting for a month, I finally saw some bucks from my blog. Notice below that my Paypal activity started around July. That's when I started blogging for real. I withdrew the money when it reached almost $30 but unfortunately the $30 only resulted to Php700+.

Anyway, I really won't recommend you to withdraw your money on your paypal account nowadays specially if you want to receive it within a week or two.

But I'm still happy cause I received the money so I treated my family at Pizza Hut!

What was the first sport you loved?

The first sport I enjoyed was skating=) My interest started when I watched a figure ice skating competition from a VHS tape that my grandma recorded in US. I was really amazed at how graceful the contestants dance, swing, lift, turn, and spin as they do their choreographed exhibitions.. But I never though that I would have the chance to learn how to skate since the one I saw was ice skating and, back then, I though there was definitely no way for a tropical country like ours to have an ice skating rink.

Anyway, I started learning how to skate when I met my good friend Annabelle who incidentally had a pair of roller skates (which I assumed was given to her by her mom who was working in US). During that time you wouldn't find anyone selling roller skate shoes in our place.. so this friend of mine was like the instrument that opened back my interest in this sport. I enjoyed and loved skating since then so I asked my kind aunt to buy me a pair of skate shoes from US. I remember I was sooooo excited when I got that Barbie roller skates shoes!

I think I was already on my 4th or 5th grade when roller skating became a hit in Baguio City. There was already an indoor skating gym at Camp John Hay and an outdoor skating rink at Burnham Park. So when inline skates / roller blades was introduced in the Philippines, I knew that it wouldn't be that hard to learn. And I got more excited when I came to know that SM Megamall developed an indoor ice skating rink! Thanks to the genius developers of this technology that allowed people to skate on ice anytime of the year:) I've only tried ice skating there four times though and three instances of which I just went there to teach my cousin, my niece, and my friend to ice skate. But now that we have an Olympic-sized ice skating rink at SM Mall of Asia, I'm planning to teach my two daughters this sport when they're ready so that we will all enjoy doing this sport together. And if in case we see that any of our daughters enjoy and would love to be trained on this sport to compete, we'd surely be glad to support it.

Have you seen Microsoft's latest browser? Check this one out! I just downloaded and installed this cool browser from Microsoft today.So far so good for me. I like how they made the browser more interactive to the user. The colors and available add-ons are amazing! I specially like how cooliris allow you to view pictures in a better way. And the address bar, they made it look and feel more user friendly cause of the auto complete feature that shows a list of sites related to what you are currently typing on the address bar. Plus below those suggested sites they added the sites you have on your favorites! It works a bit like the yahoo's search bar which also has that auto complete thingy. But the addition of the sites that you have personally saved on your favorites I guess makes this browser outstanding.

MSDN says this browser's beta version was released last March 08. So I'm just furious why it took them sometime to really show off this version to the public.

My Page Rank went up again!

I got really frustrated last week when I found out that my page rank went down by one notch. And since I know for a fact that most advertisers choose blogs with at least a PR 3, I knew then that my blog was in big trouble and that I had to work double time to win back my PR.

Well I was right in thinking that I won't be getting that much invite or approval from advertisers for a week. BUT...! I was wrong in thinking that it'll take me a couple of weeks or months to gain back that lost point cause the lucky me just found out awhile ago that my PR got back to 3. Whew!

I don't know why I lost that PR point in the first place cause I've been creating more posts and been visiting more blogs lately. But I'm not really sure how that PR 3 came back. What I just did was fix my feed burner and activated most of the services they have. So go try it out guys! It might help you increase your PRs too!
