I almost bake every night. And my girls have already gotten used to seeing me in the kitchen
with what they call "my stuff". My girls, specially missy, usually goes to me and asks me tons
of questions when i do "my stuff". Questions like "what are you baking today mommy?",
or "what is that?" and "what does it do?" (while pointing to an ingredient i've just
added on my mixing bowl) are just some of her common repeating questions.
Now, once missy sees me do "my stuff" she always tells me that she wants to help.
It's fun coz i feel like im starting to breed a future pastry chef here. lol.
Oh well, here are some pictures of me and my girls..on the kitchen..doing "my stuff". :)
My new found hobby..
Taking pictures! I've enjoyed doing this for quite some time now but never really had the chance to buy a good camera. Anyhow, now that I have a digital camera along with me, i'll try to show you how I see things my way.=)

A Review on Our Purchased Deal/Groupon Vouchers
Just want to share my review from the deals that we've consumed so far. Hope this helps you in deciding where you want to put some of your extra money. :)
Cash Cash Pinoy
1. 50% Off! P200 For P400 Worth of Delicious Food and Drinks at Gino's Brick Oven Pizza!!
Comments : I the found the pizza quite small for my craving appetite.. The Bianca Verde was definitely delicious though. We also ordered some donuts from Cello's (Gino's wife) and i sooo enjoyed all the flavors. I specially like the Choco Oreo and Cheese :) Rating (5 being the highest) : 3

3. 77% OFF! Only P350 for a Haircut at the Manila's premiere luxury Philippe's Salon in Sofitel Plaza Hotel!! - scheduled next month

4. Only P500 for Balinese Coffee Scrub + manicure, pedicure and Luxury Foot Treatment at Islands Massage! (instead of P1350)
Comments : I was not able to bring my camera when we went here. The place was okay but I did not expect it to be that small. The lobby/reception area is where they do the foot treatment, manicure, and pedicure. The one who handled my foot treatment was good. But the pedicurist left the right thumb on my foot swollen for days:( If I could suggest, it would be nice to have a television or magazine on their lobby/reception area. Rating (5 being the highest) : 2.5

5. Only P300 for ANY eXtra-Large Pizza plus 4 Iced tea at Sicilian Express!
Comments : We've bought several times from Sicilian Express. So when I came across this deal, I did not hesitate to grab one :) I looove their pizzas! My recos : - White Pizza, Cheese Margherita, Pizza Cinque Formaggi Rating (5 being the highest ) : 5+++

Metro Deal
1. P250 instead of P500 for an All-Day Pass to Spash Island, the Ultimate Water Adventure Fun Park in the Philippines - Save 50%
Comments : We got 12 vouchers last March. It was the best! We've been at this place last year. They were able to perk up this place in just a small span of time. New twists added were the following : a. Their wave pool already has floating boats which you can use when the wave is not turned on. b. They have rock climbing and zipline near the Harbour area c. The entire place is tiki theme inspired - I'm not a big fan of this tiki idea though. I mean, were not in Hawaii right?? Rating (5 being the highest) : 5+++

2. P345 instead of P1150 for a heavenly Shui Hilot Triple 90 Min. Combo Massage & Foot Treatment at Shui Hilot Healing Spa
Comments : scheduled for next week. I got this deal from my aunt and mom but both have no time to relax. So I and my hubby are consuming this deal instead. I believe we do really need one once in a while.

Cheers and more deals to consume! lol

Me at 30
I'm officially 30 and at the same time celebrating my 5th wedding togetherness and happiness with my sweetie! A lot of things to thank God but not enough time to blog it all since I still got lots of brownies, cookies, and cakes to bake this evening.:) But some important highlights / blessings I would say would be the following:
I know all these happened because God loves me so much and I know he will always be my provider. Of course life sometimes has its ups and downs but everything will always turn out great in the end because God is there and will always be there for us no matter what. :) So thank you Lord for my 30 years of existence and am excited to see what more plans you have for me in the next 30 or more years.:)
Praise God!
- I have 2 beautiful, sweet, and caring daughters
- The business we started 3 years ago is continuously growing
- My pagibig housing loan application has already been approved as of yesterday
- My job is doing great. just recently earned another certification last month (http://www.prlog.org/11414205-
misnet-consultants-gets-talend )-certification.html - I recently finished paying one of my bank loan and by next month will be finishing another one:) One more left and we'll finally be debt free! weeee..
- We've already started investing on mutual funds since last year
- I have a loving, caring, and hardworking husband who's always been there to support me.

Part 3: Missy and CJ's Rockstar Princess themed Birthday Party
This is the last series of my post re: our party preparation for our two daughter's coming Rockstar Princess themed party.
It's exactly a month and a day more to go before our girls' big day! Honestly, am sooo excited!
Here's my updated check list..
1. Balance for the side entertainment, host magician , and photographer are already ready (thanks to ninang robe, ninong leo, and ninang lourdes for the extra help este gift:) )
2. The cupcake boxes for the favors are already bought and almost ready. Cupcake na lang and kulang!
3. Missy and Cj's outfits have already been bought last weekend. Shoes to follow this coming weekend. We got it from SM Megamall. Daddy chose the items and his fashion statement.. Simple Pero Rock. The tutus I made are big no no daw sabi ni daddy.. lol :)
4. Backdrop and welcome tarps have already been printed.
5. AVP is already done. Thanks to tito dop for the help (eto na ba ang gift?hehehe)
6. Styro guitars for the table centerpiece are ready for painting
7. Taste test done last week. My favorite was the pork, veg, dessert, and chicken=)
Hmm... So with these, my final to-do's would only be the following:
1. Remind the caterer a week before the party that:
- we need 7 more tables for the dessert bar, cupcake tower, cake, gifts, prizes, lootbags, and registration area
- we need to use their overhead screen projector for the AVP
- remove the free floral table centerpiece (as advised by Party Boosters) and instead add floral decoration on the dessert bar, cupcake tower, and cake tables (is this too much to ask na ba??hahaha)
2. Buy nuts and chips for pica-pica (to be served by service crews)
3. Buy litro pack iced teas for extra drinks since the caterer's package only includes one serving of iced tea. The iced tea will be made and served by the service crews. Cool huh?
4. Buy edible treats as addition to the kid's loot bags
5. Buy stuff for Pabitin game
6.Go to Rustan's, Toy's R Us, Toy Kingdom , and SM Baby Co. to have our kids registered for their wishlist so guests who plan to come won't have a hard time guessing what gift they want to buy.. Thanks in advance na rin!=) . This is done!
A week before..
6. Remind our online buddies about the party. Also, distribute the invitation to those guest without facebook account. Now I see how important it is to have an fb account, lesser expenses on the invite! lol
7. Look for a friend who can lend me her curling iron for my girls. Anyone..??
A day before..
7. Remind the suppliers about the party
8. Bake dessert treats, cupcakes, and cake (so dami ng DIY ni mommy. Buti na lang supportive si daddy sa pagbili ng mga needed ingredients and materials and matyaga si yaya magligpit ng mess.lol)
Oh gosh.. how come it looks like I still need to do a lot!?!?

Happy Easter!=)
Finally done doing church visits "bisita iglesia" today. We were supposed to do this yesterday but was terribly not in a good condition(until today actually) due to colds, body aches, and minor coughs.. Anyway, church visits on holy week is like my hubby's (and his family's) yearly holy week religious tradition (or culture?). I and hubby do not have the same religion and we do respect our religion differences. So long as we're both christians and are believing in the same God.=) But I do so much appreciate this panata they do. It's like sacrificing a little.. being one with Jesus's sacrifice and sufferings for us.. a way to reminisce and thank the Lord for redeeming us from our sins and giving us the greatest gift of salvation.
Going back, we went to these parish churches yesterday and today( in order of visit).
Yesterday:
1. Minor Basilica of the Black Nazarene (Quiapo Church), Manila
Today
2. Sanctuario de San Antonio Parish, McKinley Rd. Makati City
3. Our Lady of Loreto Parish Church, Manila
4. St. Anthony Parish Church, Manila
5. Basilica de San Sebastian, Manila
6. Shrine of Jesus Paris, Manila
7. Our Lady of Monserrat (San Beda Church), Manila
8. St. Jude Church, Manila
9. Santisimo Rosario Parish (UST), Manila
10.Sto. Domingo Church, Quezon City
11. Holy Family Parish, Quezon City
12. Christ the King Church, Quezon City
13. Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Shrine, Quezon City
14. Shrine of Mary, Queen of Peace (Edsa Shrine), Quezon City
Now looking forward to Easter Sunday! ;-) Thank you Lord!

Planning for Missy and CJ's Rockstar Princess 4th and 3rd birthday Party!
We are so excited to plan for Missy and CJ's coming birthday party this year! Our girls' birthday months are close to each other, that's why we've decided to hold one birthday party for the two. And since we are a party supplier and we've been to countless number of parties, it has become easy for us to identify what we want for our party, what we need for our party, and where we want to get it.

Here's my first draft of the party's backdrop tarpuline. I'll be adding Missy and Cj's picture at the middle portion. Hope I could have my girls' pictures taken again at BUB in this theme. I need hubby's approval on this though.. lol!

My first draft of their ticket invite which also need a major makeover:
