My new found hobby..

Taking pictures! I've enjoyed doing this for quite some time now but never really had the chance to buy a good camera. Anyhow, now that I have a digital camera along with me, i'll try to show you how I see things my way.=)

Take a peek at my new pHoto bLog!

7th Birthday at North Faiview

It was our first time to cater to a residential event last Jan 25. We arrived at their place a bit too early though ( an hour before the event started) because we were not sure how long the travel time would take.

This event was for a baby girl's (as what her daddy call her)7th birthday. They got the Silver Package in Pink motif. Dippings included were choco wafer stick, vanilla wafer, marshmallows, apple, and melon.

We'd like to thank the Pascas family for their warm welcome.=)

Our Arcade day at the Timezone

Last Saturday, I together with my hubby, our cute babies, and sisters & brother in-laws went to Market!Market! for some arcade gaming fun at the Timezone. I and Robin have been enjoying this past time since we were still at the courting stage of our relationship (was there really such a thing?!lol). I've actually kept over a hundred of Timezone and Worlds of Fun tickets! Hmmm.. does these tickets have their validity dates? Hope not.. so i can still exchange them for some prices for Missy and CJ.

My favorite arcade game are those with the guns because it makes me feel like i'm a totally different person. I also enjoy car and motor racing games like Daytona because it raises up my adrenaline=)

The new arcade that caught our attention that day was the Deal or No Deal! Everyone enjoyed playing this too. The only thing I didn't like is that it only gives out one third of the amount of your winning ticket. So even if you win 30 tickets on your case, the machine will only give you 10. Not a good one.

Now sharing with you some shots we took that day. Hope your weekend was fun as ours!

Zara's 1st Birthday at Tom's World, Robinsons Galleria last Jan 17, 2009

This event had a Barbie themed birthday party. So, to match the theme we also used pink and lavender fountain base skirtings. One thing I noticed was that most, if not all, of the celebrant's grandmas kept on coming back to the chocolate fountain=) I'm so happy that they enjoyed while they were dipping and eating the chocolate coated dippings.

Below are some shots we took that day. They got a Silver Package with chocolate wafer stick, marshmallows, breadstick, apple, and banana dippings.

Russalie's 18th Birthday at Barrio Fiesta, Marcos Highway Pasig City

We catered to this sweet girl's debut evening of Friday, Jan 16,2009. The place was beautifully decorated by Barrio Fiesta and had a live acapela band playing in the background. I was overwhelmed by this celebrant because she was so respectful and simple that at first glance you wont notice that she's the birthday girl not unless you hear her guests greet her happy birthday. Most of the guests were ladies her age so I and my hubby assumed that she probably studying from a girl's school. We're thankful and glad that she invited us to cater to her special day. Now we know how drive through Marikina City!lol=)

I left the pictures I took on my desktop so will probably post the pictures tonight or over the weekend. As for those who are reading this thru our multiply site, you make check out some pics we took that night from our gallery.

As promised, here are some pictures we took that night.

Her selected package was our Silver Package in Pink and Lavender motif. Dippings chosen were choco wafer stick, vanilla wafer, french bread, apple, and banana.

and a close-up shot of Barrio Fiesta's big Ibon Adarna like parols=)

Enjoy!

Missy and CJ's Part 2 Adventure at Dave's Fun House

We went to Market! Market! last Sunday to have our kids enjoy and play at Dave's Fun House. I know a lot of moms are getting interested in this miniature play house since it was featured on a television show late of last year. I took some more pictures so mommies can get a better picture of what amenities are in stored for their kids.

My two girls truly loves this place!

Star City Adventure - my so late post

Another late post here.. and a few more late posts to come! lol

Together with my hubby, the kids, our nanny, my parents, youngest brother and his girl friend, we went to Star City last December to experience how it is like to be in a freezing snow cold weather. We attempted to try all the thrilling rides. But since we came in late (about 4pm already) and the place was like jam packed with like a thousand families, me and hubby only got to try one new ride, the Star Flyer. That was totally awesome for me! There's also this Surf Dance ride which my brother mentioned was a more dizzy and stomach tumbling experience than Star Flyer.

For our finale, everyone (except our nanny and CJ) entered the Snow World. We had one family picture taken beside the artificial house by their official photographer. Sad thing though was that hubby and Missy immediately went out of the Snow World coz Missy looked shocked and was already shaking . Even with a full geared outfit, I wouldn't recommend kids 4 years and below to enter this place. They're just not ready for it yet. Maybe not unless the kid/toddler is used to this kind of surrounding and weather of course.

These pictures were taken last year so please bear with these pixelated shots for the mean time. I included some shots we took at Max's Fried Chicken as we celebrated our parent's 29th wedding anniversary. A yummy and surprising breakfast treat for my parents from my loving husband.=)

Our new gadgets from Globe Telecom's 3-Day Sale at Glorrietta!

I have been applying for a globe plan 800 thru the corporate package that was sent at our office last October. But since, we haven't got our units (their sales representative always tells us that the units are out of stock), i declined my application with them two weeks ago. Good thing we passed by the activity center of Glorrietta yesterday. We were amazed to see one of their packaged plan which attracted us to enter the activity center. The package consists of a 1 unit SGH-M150 slim Samsung phone (Postpaid Plan 800) plus 1 unit of SGH-L770 (on a Prepaid Plan 500 load balance) with free Samsung Mini-Speaker and a 7.2 mega pixel Samsung Camera! lol

I kept the Plan 800 sim and SGH-M150 and Samsung digicam for our business and my personal use and the rest is for my hubby.=)

Will take pictures of the items and share them here tonight:) But here are some download images of what we got.

The Eye Glass Models

Last weekend while I was surfing the net at home, I thought of wearing my protective glasses. Missy seeing me wear the glasses for the first time immediately ran to me and said "mommy looks beautiful!" lol..=)

Just for fun, I made my girls wear my glasses so I can see if it looks cute on them. Here are some of our funny shots->

Our Christmas Celebration

...and New Year's Day!

Our Goth Themed setup at 360 Bar and Restaurant last Dec 18, 2008

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone!!

I'm sure every one was so busy before, during, and after the long holiday break! So was I! I never expected that a lot of prospective clients would be calling out to book us for their event. We're really sad that we had to cancel some due to our holiday advisory.

Anyway, now that we're back in business, let me share with you one of our themed setup last December. Here's one we did for a Goth themed Christmas Party event at 360 Bar and Restaurant, Makati Avenue last December 18. We used red colored chocolate fondue and black and silver brown skirting to match the occasion. I really love doing this setup. =)

You may check out more of the pictures from the album below.
