My new found hobby..

Taking pictures! I've enjoyed doing this for quite some time now but never really had the chance to buy a good camera. Anyhow, now that I have a digital camera along with me, i'll try to show you how I see things my way.=)

Butterfly Themed Wedding event at The Greenery, Baliuag Bulacan

Our client here requested for a customized diamond package with extra swiss cheese fondue for 250 guests. This so far is our grandest wedding event early this year!

Their non-fruit dippings for the chocolate fondues were chocolate and pandan wafer sticks, vanilla wafer, bread sticks, marshmallows, chocolate chip cookies, and churros. Their fruit dippings were banana, apple ,strawberries, and blueberries. Add-on dippings were pairs of themed sprinklers, roasted ground cashew nuts, slivered almonds, mini candy coated chocolate drops, and honey coated crispies. For the swiss (cheese) fondue, they chose Nachos and French Bread for their dippings. They also got sauted ground beef and sliced button mushrooms for the add-ons.

The Greenery - The Hidden Treasure of Baliuag, Bulacan

We went here last Sunday, March 29, to cater to a butterfly themed wedding event. I must say that this has been the most amazing wedding venue I have ever been to so far!

Not knowing how much time it'll take us to travel from Manila to Baliuag, Bulacan, we decided to head off early on so that we'll have ample time to locate this place and at the same time prepare for the event. Thanks to our map which I downloaded from The Greenery's site..=) because we were able to arrive a bit early! That means enough time for us to relax and check out the place;).

Here are some pictures we took that afternoon..
Sneaking some shots while preparing for our setup=)

Another shot taken at the terrace of the Grand Ballroom

This vintage inspired train that they use to pickup guests from the wedding ceremony venue at the Lighthouse to the wedding reception venue at the Grand Ballroom Pavilion. Cool huh?!=)

Our client rescheduled their wedding ceremony from then 2pm to the new schedule 4pm due to the extreme hot weather.. so we decided to walk around the place and of course take some more shots!

Another shot at this American inspired Villas..

Trying to act like I just got a snail mailed shoulder bag ;-)

Hugging my dad in front of the Lighthouse bar..

This one is taken beside the Lighthouse.

A well architectured home with a cool vintage car which I believe are inclusive of The Greenery's wedding package.

I also took some shots on our client's wedding details..
I sooo love the blend of colors and design of the entourage gowns=)

Colorful flower bouquet on the sponsor's and parents' long tables

Their nicely dressed-up Tiffany chairs..

Elegantly decorated table centerpieces..

Of course the romantically arranged gazebo that kinda looks like a big cake to me=)

And their guests spiral stairway..

And a photo collage I made as our remembrance:)

Check out some more of the pictures I took at The Greenery from here.

Late post events for March 13-14-15

I'm just gonna make this quick. Was not able to do a post about these events last week due to another soon to be lunched product which i am currently still researching and perfecting. Anywayz, here are the details of the events we had the week before..

March 13. It's a simple corporate get together party for some of Pointwest Technologies' IT professionals. This was held at UP Ayala Techno Hub. I loved the location of their building! It's too green.. bermuda grasses and trees can seen everywhere. How I wish our company's office was also located along this place. The package they had by the way was a customized silver package. My contact, Ms. Carla, said they wanted strawberry and churros dippings. So to cut cost, they removed 2 regular dippings and added 2 special dippings instead.

March 14. On Saturday, we had a wedding event at UP Diliman Balay Kalinaw Hall. Their theme was Orange. What I liked about this setup is that their caterer provided us 2 of their table centerpieces (which I presumed was supposed to be for the principal sponsor's table. Don't know why they decided to put those lovely vases on our setup though.). Our client here got our gold package. It is also a bit customized package since they had 3 regular fruit and 2 regular non-fruit instead of our usual 3 regular non-fruit and 2 regular fruit dippings.

March 15. This is probably one of the biggest 1st birthday party we've catered to so far. It was held in Shakey's MCU branch (Monumento, QC). They had over a hundred guests! They also got a pop-corn cart from another supplier but still our chocolate fountain was a hit! This is a platinum package setup in Barney's theme. It consists of two chocolate fountain with darksweet and milk chocolate as their chocolate fondues.

Missy's First Pre-Ballet Class

Here's the reason why I blocked March 21 on our site. Just wanted to make sure we get to attend to Missy's first pre-ballet class at Dance Basics!=)

Missy so much enjoyed her ballet outfit and was also excited to get to her class. I got her tights and ballet shoes from Yvonne's at SM Makati and leotards at Market!Market! (i already got her leotards before I found out that there was Yvonne's at SM Makati). If your girl is about 2 1/2 to 3 yr old, I suggest you check out other Yvonne shops coz SM Makati's stocks are for quite older girls(reason why Missy's tights lookes a bit crumpled.)

I was happy to see that she was following her ballet teacher during the first half of the lesson.

After the first half of the session, she told me that she was already tired..

For the remaining half of the session, you wouldn't see her as attentive as she should be anymore. After an hour she was already running around and was wanting her ballet teacher to chase after her! lol Good thing their ballet teacher was kind and patient enough to handle a 2-1/2 year old toddler(sorry I forgot to get the teacher's name.. I only know teacher Trina, my co-n@wie who shared this ballet opportunity. Thanks sis!)

I know it was a fun experience for Missy because she still kept on telling me about ballet dance and that she wants to do ballet again next time.=)

I guess I'll have to teach Missy the basic dance positions taught by her ballet teacher before she goes backs for another lesson so she could catch up with her ballet mates=)

As for my cutie CJ, we plan to enroll her for a swimming lesson at Bert Lozada's class. Though my researching was already too late for CJ because swimming classes in locations near Taguig already started today, March 23.

By the way, Dance Basics will be having their recital practices scheduled from March 28 to May 24. You may want to check out their website for more details.

Here are some more pictures after Missy's pre-ballet class:
