Dessert Station Setup for Jaja's Pink and Black themed 18th Birthday

We recently had another successful dessert station setup last May 28, 2010 at The Gallery, Oasis Manila. Big thanks to mommy Marilen and Jaja for trusting our service!=)

Would like to note that I really enjoyed decorating and setting this up! It's our first time to get an order of this much assortment that's why I made sure the desserts would look interesting and tempting and that I would get the satisfactory smile rating from my clients.

By the way, we will only accept orders for this kind of setup if the venue is easily accessible. (if it's not situated on the ground floor, the bldg/party venue should have service elevators.)

Incredibles Themed 1st Birthday at Shakey's Makati

Here's our first Incredibles themed 1st birthday held at Shakey's Makati. It's already our second time to cater an event at Shakey's Makati. The first one though was taken cared of by my dad since on that day I and my sweetie were about to land the country from our trip at Singapore (or should I say my Oracle Hyperion training. lol).


We came in the store on schedule but we were initially shocked to see another chocolate fountain supplier preparing for her setup for the same event! At the end, they realized that we should be the chocolate fountain supplier for that event because I got the confirmation from the client.By confirmation I mean the 50% downpayment fee was settled. I guess the mistaken chocolate fountain supplier, who seemed to be tied up to that Shakey's branch, confirmed the schedule without any downpayment fee. I felt sad for that lady but she had no choice but to leave the area for our setup..


Our client got the Platinum package with the following details :
- 2 kl Milk Chocolate fondue on one chocolate fountain
- 2 kl White Milk Chocolate fondue on one chocolate fountain
- Chocolate Wafer Sticks, Marshmallows, Vanilla Wafer, French Bread for the regular non-fruit dippers
- Mini-Donuts, Chocolate Chip Cookies for the special non-fruit dippers
- Watermelon, Melon, Banana for the regular fruits and Kiwi for her special fruit

I'm happy to see that our clients were impressed with the setup. Everyone kept on coming back on our table for their dessert treat=). I even got text messages and email inquiries from some guests night of the same day.

Preparing for my Singapore business trip

Yey! It's just one sleep away till our scheduled flight. Here's what I've prepared so far..

1. Me and my hubby's passport. Thanks to DFA, passports are now easily processed.=)
2. Acquired an NSO Certified Marriage Certificate. I still have my maiden name on my passport. So I got one just to make sure I won't be encountering any problems.
3. Allowance is already ready
4. My camera and battery
5. Clothes (of course!)
6. Face masks and alcohol/alcogel -> protection against swine flu!
7. Printed the confirmation for booking note for the hotel where me and hubby will be staying
8. Printed my Oracle workshop training agenda
9. Printed the excel file from our .Net client who I'll be meeting at their office in Pandan Crescent after my day 1 training at Suntec Tower 4.
10. Installed Oracle 10g, Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning, HFM, and the Reporting and Analysis tools in preparation for my workshop.
11. Installed MSSQL 2005, Visual Studio .Net 2005, and got all the latest codes from our Visual Source Safe in preparation for my meeting with our .Net client.
12. Printed maps so me and hubby won't get lost! hahaha
13. Contacted our clients (from my personal business) and mentioned that someone will be attending to their events while we're away.


I still need to..
1. Buy a travel power adapter so I won't have a problem plugging in my gadgets.
2. Buy food supplies for my todders, their nanny, and my mom who will be staying with my girls while we're away. big thanks for this mom!
3. Oh yeah, and pack all our clothes in! =P

As for my thoughts..
1. Hope we get to go visit a lot of places even if we only have 3 free nights to do it.
2. Hope i don't get lost once i ride the cab from Suntec to Pandan Crescent.
3. Hope we get to take lots of nice pictures and dine at the hawker centers to taste their authentic singaporean cuisines..yummy!
4. And, hope we get to buy nice stuff for pasalubong=)

It's me and my hubby's first time to travel alone without the kids since we got married.. we'll surely miss them a lot..It's only four days I know..but that still is a lot to me. Hmm... at least we have the internet to talk and see each other through webcams!


It's now exactly 24 hours left before our flight. Will post about our travel by next week!=)

Gourmet Mini Donuts in the House=)

I received this additional order for 50pcs of our Gourmet Mini Donuts and a box of Assorted Gourmet Mini Donuts from my weekend client, Ms. Jeny, last Saturday. So happy everyone raved and enjoyed this extra treat my client got for her guests.

Her selection included Oreo Crumble, Milk Cinnamon Treat, Hundred Island, Dark Sweet Temptation, and the Blue and Green version (to match her son's christening event motif) of Fire in a Whole.

Thank You note for my client's Butterfly Themed wedding on December

I'm so proud of this finished project I made for my grandest wedding event this coming December. One of my soon-to-be wed client will be getting about 250-300 assorted cupcakes as favors for her coming wedding end of this year.

Through the help of Adobe Photoshop CS, I was able to come up with this lovely themed thank you note which I plan to put on each of her cupcake favor box.

So happy our clients loved it!

It's not a Cake! It's just a heart shaped cake looking choco!

I received this order from a client and said she wanted a heart shaped cake looking chocolate. She just saw one of my advertisements and asked me if I could do this for her mom's birthday. I was of course ecstatic about the concept because it was my biggest molded chocolate order so far and a marvelous idea to add to my list of products.

Elegantly packed and ready to go!

It's basically composed of bittersweet and semisweet chocolates with mint white milk chocolate at middle layer. Although I could simply use melted white chocolate for the message and decorations, I decided to use vanilla butter cream icing instead so as to make it look more like a cake.=)

I am so happy about the outcome. I do think that this will also be a nice and unique wedding favor. I'm again making one tomorrow night for another client! =)

April 18 at Prestige Tower Roof Deck


-This is an 18th birthday in red and gold theme. They got the Gold package with Milk Chocolate fondue. Their dippings included Vanilla Wafer, Breadstick, Marshmallows, Mini Cup Cakes, Apple, and Melon



April 19 at Shakey's Magallanes

- Here's another Shakey's event from another branch this time.=) It's a 7th birthday in Speed Racer theme. They got our Gold package with Bittersweet (my favorite) chocolate. Their dippings included Chocolate Wafer Stick, Vanilla Wafer, Marshmallows, Mini Cup Cakes (Ube and Cheese flavor), Banana, and Melon. They also got sprinklers in blue and brown and mini candy coated choco drops as add-ons.



April 24 at One San Miguel Bldg.

- This is our first wedding event for April. Their theme was orange and yellow/gold. They got our Gold Package with Milk Chocolate fondue. Their dippings included Choco Wafer Stick, Marshmallows, Churros, Melon, Banana, and Apple. They also got sprinklers in white, yellow, and orange to match their motif.


April 25 at Tom's World Robinson's Galleria

- Our first Sesame St. themed birthday party! A second birthday party for a baby boy. They got our Silver Package with Milk Chocolate fondue. Their dippings included Choco Wafer Stick, Bread Stick, Marshmallows, Banana, and Apple and with Blue, Green, Red, and Yellow mixed colors of Sprinkles and Honey Coated Crispies (comes free with the new package). They by the way brought their own Melon dipping.



April 25 at Shakey's El Pueblo

- This is our third event at this branch (reason why some prospective clients are already asking if we're tied up with them..ahem.hehe. ) They got our Platinum package for their two son's 2nd and 3rd birthdays in blue and green motif. They chose Milk Chocolate fondue on one chocolate fountain and Premium Chocolate fondue on the other chocolate fountain. Their dippings included Marshmallows, Chocolate Wafer Stick, Vanilla Wafer, Graham Crackers, Churros, Mini Donuts, Banana, Apple, Pineapple, and Strawberries. They also got rainbow colored sprinkles, honey coated crispies, and mini candy coated choco drops in green and blue to match their event's motif.



April 26 at Central Bicutan, Taguig City

- This is for a baby girl's first birthday in Hawaiian Luau theme. They got our Silver Package with Darksweet chocolate fondue. Marshmallows, Choco Wafer Stick, Breadstick, Watermelon, and Melon. They also got themed sprinklers and mini candy coated chocolate drops in green, red, yellow, and orange colors.

Teddy Bear, A-B-C, and 1-2-3 Themed 1st Birthday at Eymard Dr, QC

I would say this is one of the best theme you could have for a first birthday. The colors, designs, favors, etc that you could use for this kind of theme is soooo baby..! Ms. Gina, our client and the mom of Sofia (the birthday girl), made all the conceptualization by herself. I was impressed with her prizes and favors too! They were all totally cute and unique.

This is a Gold package with Dark Sweet chocolate as the chocolate fondue. Their selection of non-fruit dippings were Chocolate Wafer Sticks (In brown and pink), Vanilla Wafer, Marshmallow, and Broas. Their fruit dippings were pineapple and watermelon.

Disney Cars Themed 1st Birthday Party at West Greenhills Clubhouse

This has been the grandest 1st birthday event we've catered to so far. Our client, Ms. Dona, got our Diamond Package for her son's birthday last Saturday, April 4, 2009. It's a Red Colored Chocolate fondue paired together with a Milk Chocolate Fondue!

Her selection of non-fruit dippings included Chocolate Wafer Stick, Marshmallow, Vanilla Wafer, Bread Stick, Barquillos, Mini Donuts, Mini Cupcakes(in chocolate, mocha, cheese, and blueberry flavors). For the fruit dippings, they had melon, banana, strawberry, and kiwi.

By the way, you might have noticed the new item on our setup. We're now adding a framed menu to note what chocolate fondue is on the chocolate fountain. We'll make it look more personalized for the next coming events!

Butterfly Themed Wedding event at The Greenery, Baliuag Bulacan

Our client here requested for a customized diamond package with extra swiss cheese fondue for 250 guests. This so far is our grandest wedding event early this year!

Their non-fruit dippings for the chocolate fondues were chocolate and pandan wafer sticks, vanilla wafer, bread sticks, marshmallows, chocolate chip cookies, and churros. Their fruit dippings were banana, apple ,strawberries, and blueberries. Add-on dippings were pairs of themed sprinklers, roasted ground cashew nuts, slivered almonds, mini candy coated chocolate drops, and honey coated crispies. For the swiss (cheese) fondue, they chose Nachos and French Bread for their dippings. They also got sauted ground beef and sliced button mushrooms for the add-ons.
